Oil Dielectric Strength Tester Description:

It is testing all kinds of Insulation Oil’s Dielectric Strength Value.The instrument is based on a single-chip microcomputer, which realizes all the automation of the test, high measurement accuracy, greatly improves work efficiency, greatly reduces the labor intensity of the staff, at the same time, the instrument is compact in appearance and easy to carry.

Functions & Features

1. The instrument uses microprocessor to automatically complete the operation of boosting, holding, stirring, static placing,calculation, printing, etc. It can carry out oil circulation pressure test in the range of 0-80KV.
2, large screen LCD display, English character menu prompt.
3. The instrument is easy to operate. The operator only needs to make simple settings. The instrument will automatically complete the pressure test of a cup of oil sample according to the settings. The breakdown voltage value and the number of cycles of 1~3times or 1~6times are automatically stored. After the test is completed, the thermal printer can print out the breakdown voltage value and the average value of each time.
4, power down maintenance, can store 100 experimental results, and can display the current ambient temperature and humidity.
5. Using single-chip microcomputer to control constant speed boost, voltage frequency accurate to 50HZ, making the whole process easy to control.

7	What is the cause of oil cup breakage during the experiment?	In the process of transportation, the hidden crack of oil cup is caused. When oil is detected, the energy released will impact the hidden crack, leading to breakage.
8	The tester can do PC software?	Model of JQ-1, JQ-1 B, and JQ-X1 have done PC software and already have a communication protocol, so they only need to add US$ 490 to the PG software. There are no available communication protocols for other models
9	What is the relationship between the voltage of the transformer and the resistance of the insulating oil inside? Can you select products according to transformer voltage?	The higher the transformer rating, the higher the oil’s pressure resistance value. Different countries have different standards. Customers are dvised to check the standards of local countries. Under normal circumstances, the following 800KVtransformer, 80KV oil can be met, the transformer above 800KV, may need to 100KV oil medium.
