Product Features

The core adopts the screw structure, the beam adopts the channel steel structure, and the metal structure parts are broken, which greatly reduces the stray loss caused by the flux leakage of the core leakage, thus reducing the temperature rise of the core to a certain extent.

The windings are wrapped with resin and glass fiber. The surface has no crack, strong resistance to short circuit, strong corrosion resistance, and has an insulation self extinguishing ability. It effectively protects the electric current shock and cold and heat shock when the electric reactor is started and the motor is tolerated

Product Usage

When the AC asynchronous motor is started at the rated voltage, the initial starting current is very large, often more than many times the rated current (usually 5~7 times). In order to reduce the starting current and not cause the influence on the power grid, the AC asynchronous motor is usually started with the method of reducing the voltage. The common depressurization method is the use of electricity. The starting process of the AC motor is very short (usually several seconds to two minutes). After starting, the reactor is used to remove the starting voltage.
