1. the product is applied to 3kv\6kv\10kv\20kv\35kv\66kv voltage transformer neutral point through resistance grounding.

2. resistance material can be made of iron and titanium, nickel chromium alloy, stainless steel or imported stainless steel. High conductivity, high temperature resistance, maximum use temperature of 1500 degrees centigrade, low temperature coefficient, stable resistance, corrosion resistance, anti flameproof and explosion-proof, high reliability.

3. resistor technical parameters

The flow of 5-2000A is allowed.

Allow flow time: 10s, 30s, 60s, 5min, 10min, 30min, 2H, long term operation.

Allowable temperature rise: the flow time is 10s, 30s and 60s at 760 ℃; the flow time is 10min at 610 ℃; and the long run time is 385 ℃.

Tolerance to high temperature: melting point can reach 1500 degrees centigrade and maximum usage temperature is 1100 ℃.

High resistivity: resistivity (1.04 ~ 1.06) μΩ·m

Resistance stability: resistance temperature coefficient 2.17 x 10-4 Omega C: (resistance temperature coefficient to 315 ℃ 0.000225/ C, 426 C to 0.000249/ C, to 537 C 0.000283/ C, to 648 C *0.000313/), to ensure the sensitivity of protection.

Reasonable heat dissipation structure, resistor adopts grid structure, has the best cooling air passage, avoids local high temperature point and easy burning point.

Modularization of resistance components. It can be combined by series and parallel to meet the needs of different current, voltage and resistance.

4. the material of the resistance cabinet is made of aluminum zinc plate, stainless steel or cold rolled steel sheet, with beautiful appearance, strong corrosion resistance, and the protection level can reach IP65.

5. according to different use conditions, the resistance cabinet is divided into indoor type and outdoor type. The way of inlet and outlet can be up, down, down and down, etc. the upper and lower ends of the cabinet are equipped with wall bushing at the top of the cabinet.

6.WF-BZD neutral grounding resistance cabinet is a standard product, which can be operated in parallel with resistance or reactance. It is convenient to gradually reduce the grounding resistance for the gradual expansion of the power grid.
