Application

▪The SC (B) epoxy resin cast dry type transformer manufactured by our company adopts thin insulated tape packing and fully automatic vacuum casting. The core adopts high magnetic grain oriented silicon steel sheet: imported epoxy resin casting: the products have the following characteristics because of the adoption of advanced technology, high quality raw materials, scientific management, advanced technology and perfect testing means.

▪Good moisture resistance. The high and low voltage coils are vacuum casted without moisture absorption, and iron core clamps and fasteners are treated by anticorrosion so that they can run in high temperature and harsh environment.

▪Flame retardant, explosion-proof, no pollution of the environment. The insulating material, such as glass fiber, which is used in winding coils, is self extinguishing. It will not cause an arc caused by short circuit, and the resin will not produce toxic and harmful gases at high temperature.

Low loss and low noise. The core stack adopts the full oblique 45 centigrade seam and the step stack, effectively improving the flux distribution at the core’s turning angle, making the no-load loss further decreasing and the noise level greatly reduced.

▪It has excellent resistance to short circuit and lightning protection.

Small size, light weight, easy installation, wide application range, safety and reliability, maintenance free, and low comprehensive running cost.

According to user requirements, transformers can be equipped with fans, with different grades of IP20, IP23 aluminum alloy, stainless steel and steel plates.
