H grade insulation

The insulation and heat resistance grades of dry type transformers are B, F, H, C and so on. The heat resistant temperatures were 130, 155, 180 and 220 respectively. The product uses DuPont new material and new technology. The insulation heat resistance grade of SG (B) dry type transformer has reached H grade, and the insulation heat grade of key parts has reached C level.

Nomex0 aromatic polyamide based insulation system maintains excellent performance and mechanical properties throughout the service life of the transformer. Nomex0 products are not easy to age, shrink resistant and anti compression, plus elastic strength, so it is possible to ensure that the transformer remains tightly structured even after several years of use, and can withstand short circuit pressure.

After the life period of the SG (B) series, the new product can be decomposed and recycled to meet the user’s requirements and overcome the defects of the epoxy resin cast dry transformer because the resin glass wire is solidified into the whole, resulting in the non decomposability after the life period and the pollution of the environment.

Overloading ability

SG (B) series of new products adopt new structure, new material, new technology, good heat dissipation, long heat life and high load capacity. It can run safely and reliably for a long time under 120% overloads. In the IP23 environment, no forced air cooling can still run at full capacity for a long time.
